Managed Services Support Packages

We offer 3 main types of support contracts – Silver, Gold & Platinum, however we can also offer bespoke services tailored to suit your specific requirements.

 

Silver Support is a reactive time and material based service, whilst both Gold & Platinum services include proactive support.

 

For Gold & Platinum services we deploy our world-class monitoring application, as standard, which complements our personal experience and knowledge. We can monitor a range of devices and will pro-actively fix faults before they impact your business, thereby helping you to reduce downtime.

 

Platinum Support offers the same benefits as Gold but with the benefit of up to 4 hours per month of administrative work, patch management and other maintenance tasks which are included in the service.

 

We are also able to offer a range of extended, out-of-hours support options, on any of our support packages, should your business require this.

 

We also offer multi-year support contracts where you can fix your support fees for a 24-month or 36-month period.
